Raajmarg Infra Investment Managers Private Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Anil Agarwal has ceased to be a Nominee Director representing Axis Bank Limited on the board, effective September 13, 2026, following his departure from Axis Bank Limited.
